An Intro from the Fredericton SPCA Join your colleagues and the Fredericton SPCA for a unique workshop never held in Atlantic Canada. Take a day to focus the light on YOU! Enjoy an experiential workshop with Pat, to learn how to identify and manage compassion fatigue and burnout. Many leave the field unnecessarily because they did not understand how to manage the specific stressors in the Animal Care World. We invite you to join us to discover some of the tools needed to overcome the challenges we face, doing our jobs, every day of our lives. Please note that all conversations will remain in the workshop.
Dr. Comley has extensive experience in the field of compassion fatigue and has been a very active in working with of Toronto Humane Society staff and volunteers during their transition these past months, in addition to working closely with the Ontario SPCA.
