If you complete the inventories on "Free Test: Where Are You Now?", you will help the animal care world to understand caregiver stress.

1. Who is eligible to take these inventories?
Anyone working in the area of animal welfare is eligible. From cage cleaners, volunteers, board directories, receptionists, directors, managers, vets, vet assistants, animal welfare educators, etc. We will explore the results with respect to age, demographics, and specific careers with the system.

2. Will you personally receive the results?
Online results will be instantly generated for each person who completes the inventories. Your identity will remain anonymous.

3. What is the impact of completing these inventories?
Each animal care worker, who completes these surveys, will directly help the Canadian Animal Care Communities understand how Compassion Fatigue, Compassion Satisfaction, and Burnout play out.

4. Is there any Canadian Research for Animal Care Organizations at the present?
Help us collect it (confidentially), pool our results, and strengthen our knowledge on people welfare in the animal welfare world! The first step is to understand what is happening. Armed with the results, we can begin to improve working conditions, on an organizational level, for animal caregivers across Canada.
